Cancellation and Refund Policy
At BairesCab, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible and transparent cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking.
Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellations made
more than 24 hours in advance
Full refund of the amount received, minus any fees charged by the payment platform used. - Cancellations made
between 12 and 24 hours before the service
Refund of 50% of the amount received, minus payment platform fees. - Cancellations made
less than 12 hours before the service
No refunds will be issued.
Refund Details
Refunds are calculated based on the net amount received, after deducting transaction fees charged by the payment platform (e.g., Mercado Pago, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
These charges may vary depending on the provider and are beyond
BairesCab’s
control.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- By replying to the confirmation email of your booking.
- By writing to bookings@bairescab.com, including your booking number and the reason for cancellation.
Additional Information
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your service at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Emergencies: In case of force majeure, we will assess each situation individually to offer the best possible solution.
